Every prospective client is welcome to schedule one complimentary 15-minute consultation.
This meeting is designed to learn about your business, discuss your goals, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together. During this consultation, I'll provide a general overview of opportunities I see, answer questions, and discuss possible next steps.
Please note that this is not a strategy session or marketing audit. No mock-ups, designs, written marketing plans, or project work will be completed during the consultation.

Because I intentionally limit the number of coaching clients I work with at one time, some clients may be placed on a waitlist until an opening becomes available.
If your project falls outside my area of expertise or my current availability, I'm happy to recommend trusted professionals whenever possible. Referrals are offered as a courtesy and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of another provider's work.
Artificial intelligence (AI) may be used as one of many tools during research, brainstorming, workflow automation, or content development.
Every final deliverable is personally reviewed, edited, and approved by Megan Spring before being provided to a client. AI is used to enhance efficiency—not replace strategy, creativity, or personalized service.
Successful marketing is a partnership.
Clients are responsible for providing requested information, content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or content delivery may affect project timelines.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, completed projects may be featured in my portfolio, website, social media, or other marketing materials as examples of my work.
As a boutique business owner, educator, and marketing professional, I intentionally limit the number of clients I work with to provide personalized service.
Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, travel, or peak project periods, but every effort will be made to respond as promptly as possible.
Marketing is both creative and strategic, but no marketing professional can guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on many factors, including industry, competition, budget, timing, client participation, and changes to search engines or social media algorithms.
